في انتهاك صارخ لحرية الصحافة والإعلام، ولحقوق الإنسان، والقانون الذي تصدره، لا تزال الإدارة الذاتية لقسد منذ تاريخ 27.08.2023 تعتقل صحفيي شبكة BAZ الإخبارية في الحسكة شمال شرق سوريا، بدون أي سبب أو قانون أو سابق إنذار.
كما تلاحق الإدارة الذاتية بقية الصحفيين، وتحتجز معدات والاليات ومكتب الشبكة في الحسكة، رغم الترخيص الصادر عنها المتضمن السماح بممارسة العمل والترخيص بالبناء.
لقد تجاهلت الإدارة الذاتية كل نداءات المنظمات الحقوقية والإنسانية، ونداءات أطفال وعوائل الصحفيين.
وعليه، نجدد مناشدة التحالف الدولي والمنظمات الدولية للعمل على إطلاق سراح الصحفيين، وإعادة معداتنا.

In blatant violation of freedom of the press and media, human rights, and the law it issues, the SDF Autonomous Administration has been arresting BAZ News Network journalists in Al-Hasakah, northeastern Syria, since August 27, 2023, without any reason, law, or warning.
The Autonomous Administration also persecutes the rest of the journalists, and confiscates equipment, machinery, and the network’s office in Hasakah, despite the license issued by it, which includes permission to practice work and a building permit.
The Autonomous Administration has ignored all the calls of human rights and humanitarian organizations, and the calls of the children and families of journalists.
Accordingly, we renew our appeal to the international coalition and international organizations to work to release the journalists and return our equipment.
