أدانت حكومات ومنظمات، الهجوم الذي استهدف مدينة عفرين بريف محافظة حلب شمالي سوريا، والذي أسفر عن مقتل 13 مدنياً، بينهم نساء وكوادر طبية من مشفى “الشفاء”، إضافة إلى إصابة أكثر من 20 آخرين.وقالت وزارة الخارجية التركية في بيان، “ندين بشدة الهجوم الإرهابي الذي نفذته من تل رفعت (بريف حلب)، وحدات حماية الشعب (YPG) على مركز مدينة عفرين، ومستشفى الشفاء وقسم الطوارئ المدعومان من الجمعية الطبية السورية الأمريكية (سامز)”.ودعت الخارجية التركية “المجتمع الدولي إلى معرفة الحقيقة وإنهاء دعمه لهذه المنظمة الإرهابية التي تعمل تحت أسماء مختلفة”، على حد وصف البيان.وتعتبر أنقرة، أن الوحدات الكردية، وهي المكون الأساسي في “قوات سوريا الديمقراطية” (قسد)، منظمة “إرهابية” مرتبطة بحزب “العمال الكردستاني” (PKK) الموجود داخل حدودها.وكانت “قسد”، نفت علاقتها بالهجوم، وقالت إن بعض وسائل الإعلام نشرت “أخباراً غير صحيحة” حول علاقة قواتها باستهداف عفرين.بدوره، اعتبر “الدفاع المدني السوري” (الخوذ البيضاء)، أن “جريمة إرهابية جديدة” ارتكبت جراء قصف صاروخي مصدره المناطق التي يسيطر عليها النظام و”قسد” بريف حلب الشمالي، بالتزامن مع ارتكاب النظام وروسيا “جريمة شبيهة في ريف إدلب الجنوبي وسهل الغاب عبر حملة تصعيد عسكرية متواصلة للأسبوع الثاني راح ضحيتها عشرات الأبرياء”.وأضاف أنه “ينظر إلى هذه الجرائم على أنها تحدٍ صارخ للإنسانية وللقانون الدولي الإنساني”، مطالباً “المجتمع الدولي بالوقوف بحزم أمام هذه الممارسات والجرائم ومحاسبة مرتكبيها”.من جانبها، وصفت مديرية الصحة في إدلب، استهداف مستشفى الشفاء في عفرين بـ”العدوان الوحشي”، وطالبت المؤسسات الدولية بإجراء تحقيق فوري ومحاسبة مرتكبي هذه المجزرة.كما أدانت “الحكومة السورية المؤقتة”، الهجوم، متهمة “قسد” بارتكاب “مجزرة مروعة (…) تعبّر عن مدى الاستخفاف بالمجتمع الدولي ومنظماته الدولية”.
